2013년 남쇼에서 GEQ Classic 이라는 EQ 와 AAX 포멧 지원 여부에 대한 공식 입장을 밝혔네요 ^^
 
그동안 AAX 에 대한 딱히 정확한 입장을 밝히고 있지 않던 Waves 였는데 이번에 공식적으로 이제 AAX 포멧을
지원하기 시작할 것이라고 밝혔네요. ^^ 지난 겨울에 Mercury Bundle 을 구매했어야 했나라는 생각이 들게끔하는
소식이네요... 이제 드디어 Pro Tools HDX 로 넘어갈 준비를 슬슬 해봐야겠네요.

가상악기들도 AAX 포멧을 지원하기 시작하고 Pro Tools 11 이 나오면 64비트 지원할테고 그렇지 않더라도
VSL Ensemble Pro 가 AAX 를 지원해주면 대부분 해결될테니 올 한해 돈 좀 모아서 내년에 넘어가야 할 듯 하네요.

올해 말쯤 또 다시 Mercury Bundle 이 세일 들어가면 딱일듯.... ^^

Waves Audio has announced they will support for the AAX Native plugin platform. “Waves has always strived to support as many plugin platforms as possible, including VST, RTAS, TDM, AudioUnits and others. With this new development, Waves plugins now support the AAX platform, used by Avid HDX systems. AAX Native support has been a frequent suggestion from users,” Gilad Keren, Waves CEO and co-founder.
